• Account information — your name, email address, and mobile phone number, used to create and sign in to your account (via one‑time password or password).
• Business & order data — your organization details, catalog items, orders, invoices, payments, and delivery addresses required to operate the procurement workflow.
• Location — delivery location details for orders. Drivers may use device location to navigate to delivery addresses. We do not track your location in the background.
• Camera & photos — with your permission, photos you capture or select as delivery proof or item images. Photos are used only for the order/delivery you attach them to.
• Device information — basic device and app details (device model, operating system, app version) used for app functionality, security, and update checks.
• Data stored on your device — a session token, your last‑used email, language and environment preferences, stored locally so you stay signed in and the app works as expected.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and keep you securely signed in.
• To process orders, payments, invoicing, and deliveries between buyers, suppliers, and drivers.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.

We share information only as needed to provide the Service:

• Between transacting parties — order, contact, and delivery details are shared between the buyer, supplier, and assigned driver involved in an order, so it can be fulfilled.
• Service providers — trusted providers who host our infrastructure and process payments, acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third‑party advertising.

We use industry‑standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
